First Valentine of '08
I received my first Valentine for 2008 today, one of my clients' at work gave it to me. Here's what it said, "To my dear white friend, Case Manager Courtney, Courtney this is a time for Happy Valentine sharing and caring Day!!! You are not crazy, you are a good Christian. Poor Kitty!
I accidentally smashed my sweet Poncho's paw in the sliding glass door. I was sure I had broken it, he cried and yelped and couldn't put any weight on it. So Adam and I rushed him to the vet, and the receptionist took him away to the back and told us wait. She came back about five minutes later and asked us to meet the vet in the exam room. So he brings my baby Poncho in and puts him on the ground to see how he's walking, and the very first thing Ponch does is jump into the garbage can. The vet looks at me and says, "If he's doing that its probably not broken." I was VERY relieved, and it turns out I just bruised his tiny paw.
